At Geni Coffee Roaster, we are committed to sourcing high-quality specialty green beans. Every coffee we select goes through a careful curation process to ensure the best possible cup quality. Together, we maintain quality consistency, transparency, and sustainability from farm to cup.

Doru Coffee Farm is one of our key partners in sourcing specialty Arabica green beans from Kintamani, especially from the Ulian area in Bali. We have been working with Bli Doru for around eight years, sharing the same vision to grow a sustainable and quality-focused specialty coffee industry. In 2025, we conducted a joint R&D program to explore the origin’s character using the natural anaerobic process.

From cherry selection and post-harvest handling to controlled fermentation and precise roasting, every step was carefully managed. The result is a special coffee with a unique and complex flavor profile, created specifically for the specialty market. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to quality, innovation, and integrity in every cup.
