• Every roast is cupped and quality-checked before packaging to ensure flavor consistency and freshness.
• We guarantee that all coffees labeled “Specialty” meet or exceed SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standards.
Freshness & Product Warranty
• We guarantee that your coffee will arrive fresh, properly sealed, and in perfect condition.
• If your coffee arrives damaged, improperly sealed, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Our team will promptly review your claim and arrange a replacement or credit if the issue is verified.
What’s Not Covered
• Changes in taste or aroma due to improper storage, delayed use, or exposure to air, moisture, or heat after delivery.
• Flavor differences caused by brewing methods or water quality, which are outside our control.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties not officially affiliated with Geni Coffee Roaster.
