Shipping Information

We do shipping every Monday to Saturday on 8 AM to 5 PM, and closed on Sunday, the order will delivered to your doors similar as your choice on the expedition options. After you purchase our products, we need process your order 1-2 days after payment receive and then we will send you order to your address, if your order was urgent you can choose “pick up” on delivery options to suits your urgency.

We Guarantee you to enjoy our coffee same as we do in our roastery, we make sure you receive our product properly and with care. If you had any problems with our product you can do reture the defect produk and contact us on our customer care .

There is the following method to troubleshoot your problems with us :

1. Make sure you attached the unboxing videos as a proof of the problems.
2. Tell us the chronology by using chat to our customer care.
3. Please send our defect product back to our Roastery HQ ( the shipping bill will be reimbushed).
4. After we receive our defect product, we need 2-7 days to check our products and after we approved, we will sent the new product to your location and it will be free shipping.
